For the project I would like to do Bister Inks. Guild Buys three colors Red, Blue, and Yellow. Request everyone bring a 6 well mixing pan? and then we give everyone a sprinkle of the three colors?
Tools required
- Happiest Calligraphers–Automatic Pen Size 4 or 4A*
- *If you don’t have an Automatic Pen but you do have a blue cap pilot Parallel Pen bring that. Or any other 1/4 inch broad edge nib. You may even want to take out the Pilot ink, and clean it so you can use it as a dip pen.
- Straight edge (ruler)
- 11 by 17 Paper that accepts ink
- walnut ink
- pencil
- paper towel
- water with dropper/pipet
- Toothpicks
- or something else to stir with
- 6 well water color dish
- or something comparable. needs to have wells.
- padding paper 11 by 17 or bigger
- so you don’t have to letter on the table.
- Two sheets: mid to high Quality Paper around 11 by 17.
- Strathmore Drawing paper, Canson Multimedia Paper, Watercolor Hotpress, Arches Textwove, etc.
- A Three word Quote
- The words should be rather short.
