  • Marie English printing workshop

    Lallapalooza Printmaking Festival
    Sept. 25-26, 2026

$150 for the 2 day workshop. Bring your own lunch and the supplies listed.
You can save your spot by paying $75 now, then the balance later, before workshop begins.

A two day playdate exploring various relief printmaking techniques, creating stamps, stencils, rollers and textures to use as backgrounds, substrates and cutouts for artistic pursuits.

Day 1 will be for learning processes and creating the raw materials for projects.
Day 2 morning will be for using the toys we made for printing with a gelli plate, a cutting mat, or silicone mat.
The afternoon will be for using your creations in a final project, (or 2 or 3 or 4), such as books, posters, cards or mobiles, who knows?

Beware, this workshop might morph into unchartered territory, so come willing to explore and show up to the Doozy of a Humdinger.Follow along on social media for examples, samples, successes and failures.

      • If not, the GOOD NEWS:  Upon paying your fee, I will send a recipe for a wonderful Do It Yourself At Home recipe which will last forever and is cheaper than buying.  Takes less than an hour to make, you can choose your size.

If you have a sketch pad, you might start doodling some designs and graphics you’d like to explore.

    Most of our images will be small, example 1″ x 1″,  2″ x 2″, 2″ by 4″, 3″ x 4″ and up to 4″ x 4″.  I would like everything to fit within a 6″ x 6″ square.
